Joseph Grammer has read and studied much about art and artists, but has received no formal art education other than brief associations with a few professional artists. Being an award-winning artist, he basically considers himself self-taught. He also loves to teach oil painting, which he has done for a number of years. Joseph is also the founder and former director of the Utah Fine Arts League.
